Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard Settings. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

Is there a contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.

Do all paid plans include a free trial?

Yes! Both Growth and Enterprise plans include a 30-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card required to start. You'll only be asked to subscribe after your trial ends.

How does card payment work?

When a customer pays with a credit/debit card or bank transfer, Transak processes the payment and converts it to XRP or RLUSD, which settles directly to your wallet. A 1–2% conversion fee applies (charged by Transak, not XRPay).

Do you take a cut of my payments?

No. XRPay does not deduct a percentage from your transaction amounts. Direct XRP payments cost ~$0.0005 (XRPL network fee only). Payments settle in full to your wallet.

What happens when I exceed my transaction limit?

We'll notify you and suggest upgrading. Your payments won't stop — we'll never block a customer's checkout.

What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?

We accept credit cards and cryptocurrency (yes, you can pay for XRPay with XRP!).
