Affiliate Terms

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

To participate, you must submit an application through the online form. We review each application and reserves the right to accept or reject any application in our sole discretion. You must provide accurate and complete information.

2. Referral Commissions

Commissions are earned based on active subscriptions or off-ramp transactions referred by you:

• Merchant Referrals: Receive a recurring commission of 20% to 35% on paid subscription fees for up to 24 months (or lifetime for Platinum tier).
• Off-Ramp Widgets: Receive a 50% split on platform transaction fees generated through your custom off-ramp widget or referral parameters.

3. Payout Policies

Payouts are computed monthly and processed on or about the 15th of the following month. The minimum payout threshold is $50 (or 50 XRP). Payouts can be requested in XRP (sent directly on-chain to your XRPL wallet) or USD (bank transfer via our partner).

4. Prohibited Promotion Methods

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from utilizing the following methods. Violation will lead to instant termination and forfeiture of commissions:

• Bidding on trademarked terms (e.g., "XRPay", "RipplePay") in search engines
• Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) or mass messages
• Self-referral or creating accounts for your own organizations to claim commissions
• Displaying links on sites promoting illegal, offensive, or hateful content

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Affiliate Agreement at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your affiliate status immediately if we detect fraudulent activity, terms violations, or misleading promotional methods.
