Delete your account

You can permanently close a personal XRPay Cash account from the mobile app. This removes your access and anonymizes or deletes associated personal profile data, subject to the retention rules below.

Delete your account in the app

Open XRPay Cash and sign in.
On the Home screen, open Settings.
Select Delete account.
Review the explanation and confirm the deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email support@xbitinnovations.com from the email address used for your account. Put XRPay Cash account deletion in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.

Data deleted or anonymized

Your sign-in identities and active account access
Your optional contact-discovery profile and saved wallet destinations
Pending contact-payment invitations that can still be cancelled
Personal profile fields, wallet references, and payout-provider identifiers held on the active account
Product-usage events are detached from your account identifier

Deleting your XRPay Cash account does not delete a self-custody wallet, move its assets, or reverse a completed blockchain or payment transaction.

Data we may retain

We may retain transaction, payment, identity-verification, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, and accounting records for the period required by applicable law or a regulated payment provider. Public blockchain records remain visible on their networks. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten under our normal backup cycle.

Delete data without closing your account

You can ask us to delete optional profile, contact-discovery, notification, or product-usage data without closing your XRPay Cash account. Email support@xbitinnovations.com from your account email, list the data you want deleted, and put XRPay Cash data deletion in the subject. We may ask you to verify account ownership. Transaction or compliance records that must be retained will not be deleted, and removing data needed for a feature may disable that feature until you provide it again.

Merchant accounts

XRPay merchant accounts must be closed through the web portal or by contacting support@xbitinnovations.com. Merchant and financial records may have different legal retention requirements.
